With a proven track record of scaling high value, global technology organizations, Towe joins Powerfleet from Aptos, the global leader of unified commerce solutions in the retail enterprise SaaS market, where he successfully served as President and Chief Operating Officer for the past five years.

In prior positions with both publicly traded and private equity backed companies, Towe has gained more than 16 years of strategic leadership experience on the global SaaS IoT stage. Most notably, he served as Chief Commercial Officer of Masternaut, a global telematics provider, where he was instrumental in delivering robust revenue growth and profit expansion during his tenure from 2011 to 2016.

Previously, Towe achieved significant international organic growth alongside market consolidation as Managing Director of the highly acquisitive telemetry data business Cybit. He also held senior executive level positions for the high velocity, fleet management subsidiary of the Trafficmaster Group, Fleetstar Information Systems.

It would be easy to say that Mike Mooney’s career has been going in circles for more than 25
years in the high-speed world of professional motorsports.

An award-winning executive, Mike built and protected the reputations for global brands such
as Mercedes-Benz, 3M, NASCAR, IndyCar, Sunoco, Tylenol, Walmart, Sprint, Kellogg’s, Lowe’s,
and Eli Lilly.

Mike has a natural ability to identify creative ways to connect brands with their target
audiences in ways that drive trust, brand awareness, consumer engagement, and business growth.
He was recruited by Sprint/Nextel to develop and direct the marketing communications strategy and execution
for its historic 10-year, $750 million NASCAR Series sponsorship. Mike was later sought after by one of NASCAR’s
most iconic race teams, Roush Fenway Racing, to spearhead transformational initiatives within the organization
focused on brand positioning, sponsor acquisition and retention where he oversaw a sponsorship portfolio of
more than $50 million as well as digital strategies, internal culture evolution, and reputation management.

With a passion for personal empowerment and results, Mike left a high-visibility career to share his experiences
and lessons as a professional speaker and catalyst to help leaders create cultures of peak performers that drives
traction throughout organizations.

Mike speaks, coaches, and consults with people on the topics of Continuous Improvement, Peak Performance,
Mindset, and Reputation. He challenges his audiences to embrace the High Performance Vehicle that is in each
of us in order to stay on track and in position to win!

His breakthrough book, Reputation Shift – Lessons from Pit Road to the Boardroom, is a toolbox packed with
use-now personal branding strategies for people who want to create greater personal and professional
opportunities in their lives.

Mike also serves as an executive advisor for strategic initiatives for Pocono Organics, one of the largest
Regenerative Organic Certified farms in North America, including work with organizations like Patagonia, Crop
Trust, Charlotte’s Web, and the United Nations.

Mike is a leadership facilitator for the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s School of Professional Studies
where he co-develops curriculum as well as leads external corporate training sessions.

He also volunteers with the National Speakers Association (NSA) and is currently the President of NSA Carolinas,
a multi-state organization focused on the growth and development of professional speakers.

Mike is a graduate of Elon University and lives in Charlotte, NC, with his wife of 26 years and three children. He
can also be found hiking, fishing, golfing, and enjoying the energy of the outdoors.

Jim Zeitunian

Mr. Zeitunian brings a wealth of experience in delivering best in class solutions in the supply chain industry, most recently at Coupa Software, the global leader in Business Spend Management technology. He has a reputation for building world class R&D teams on a global scale and has demonstrated high levels of effective execution of product strategies and roadmaps with premium quality.

At Coupa, Zeitunian led the engineering and applied research teams focusing on the continued development of the global Supply Chain and Design SaaS platform that delivers dynamic AI and Machine Learning solutions and mission critical data insights for some of the largest supply chains in the world as they embark on their digital transformations. Mr. Zeitunian has also held leadership positions at LLamasoft and Thomson Reuters driving various SaaS products and platform.

He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Oakland University.

Adam McCarty

SVP, Indirect Business at Lytx

As Senior Vice President for the indirect business unit at Lytx, Adam leads the organization responsible for international channel partners. His responsibilities include global integration and resale channel partners. Since joining the company in 2008, Adam has worked in many revenue growth areas of the company spanning client services, business development and sales. Adam led the company’s marketing organization from 2017-2020. Adam has a Bachelor of Business Administration from San Diego State University.

Pat O’Reagan

Safety Engineer at Toyota Motor North America

Pat O’Reagan has been working with Toyota Motor North America for 26 years in various roles and now serves as a Safety Engineer. Pat developed a process using PowerFleet’s VMS data to visualize impact events throughout Toyota’s North American operations and the associated investigation results from those events. He is an United States Air Force veteran and holds a BBA from Baylor University, a MS from Troy University, and an MA in International Affairs from Washington University.

Vice President, Supply Chain Product Management

Mr. Walker serves as Vice President of Supply Chain Product Management for Powerfleet, leading Powerfleet’s supply chain product teams to drive innovative products and solutions. Mr. Walker has over 25 years of experience leading product strategy, technological innovation, and product development execution. For the last 15 years, Scott has led various roles within Powefleet’s product, implementation, and sales teams. Prior to joining Powerfleet, Mr. Walker held various leadership positions at Emerson Electric as part of the Industrial Automation group. Mr. Walker attended the University of Rhode Island, holding a BS in Chemical Engineering.

With a proven track record of developing high value and innovative products and solutions, Gripp leads Powerfleet Logistics global product management where he works closely with customer and supplier partners of all size and varied transportation fleet types to foster data-driven problem solving and accelerate change management to overcome technical and commercial challenges.

In prior positions as a U.S. Army Signal Officer and company commander, telecommunications solution product manager, and global rental car technical solution delivery manager, Gripp has gained more than 30 years of both technical and commercial leadership expertise. Most notably, he led the implementation of a highly successful aftermarket vehicle telematics control unit and SaaS solution with over 125,000 units deployed in top tier global rental car fleets.

He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas. He is co-author on two U.S. patents in IoT product design.

Don Campbell is a Senior Manager for The Kearney Companies. As of September 2022, Don has rejoined the Kearney family and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of Civil construction to the Team. Don has been putting his experience with Operations Management, specializing in Purchasing, IT, Field Technology and Project Management, to great use over his career. Don has a vast portfolio of diverse projects with a track record of finishing projects on time and under budget. Mr. Campbell is well versed in managing contract terms and conditions as well as implementing innovative project management systems. He develops and maintains client relations while also ensuring that our safety program and processes are implemented and enforced. Don works with each level of the Team to provide optimum communication and problem solving, which creates a safe and productive work environment for total project success and exceptional client satisfaction. As a Senior Manager, Don will coordinate and control office related construction activities, including oversight of our own forces, as well as subcontractors and suppliers.

David Hoover grew up on a family farm near Newark Ohio and is a graduate of Miami University. He began his career working at a forklift dealership, before founding Forklift Training Systems in 1998. The company has grown into one of the nation’s largest mobile equipment training providers, providing safety training to all 50 states and forklift safety products worldwide. He has trained well over ten thousand forklift and mobile elevating work platform operators and many thousands of trainers. Mr. Hoover also serves as an expert witness in Federal and State cases involving forklift fatalities and serious injuries. Forklift Training Systems clients include many well-known companies, such as Scotts, Costco, Whirlpool and Cardinal Health, just to name a few. He currently lives in Central Ohio.

Since joining the company in 2006, Eric has held management and leadership roles in software development, pre-sales and solutions engineering, and product management. Eric holds a BSc in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology and is a Certified Product Manager from the AIPMM.
