CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANING GIVEN IN THE MASTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CUSTOMER SELF INSTALLATION ADDENDUM BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH ANY INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT OR ANY OTHER HARDWARE PROVIDED BY PWFL (AND ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLER, AS THE CONTEXT REQUIRES).
BY CLICKING ON THE “ACCEPT” BUTTON OR SIMILAR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE IN RESPONSE TO THE ENQUIRY REGARDING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF THIS SELF INSTALLATION ADDENDUM, OR BY CHOOSING TO SELF INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT OR RELATED HARDWARE, OR HAVE IT INSTALLED BY A CUSTOMER INSTALLER (ALL AS HEREINAFTER DEFINED) OR ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY, THEN: (A) YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND AGREEING TO, AND LEGALLY BINDING CUSTOMER, AS A LEGAL ENTITY OR A LEGAL ENTITY WHICH YOU REPRESENT AS AN EMPLOYEE OR AGENT TO, THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SELF INSTALLATION ADDENDUM; (B) THIS SELF INSTALLATION ADDENDUM SHALL BE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND PWFL; (C) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THE RELEASE HEREIN AND THAT YOU AND CUSTOMER ARE VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE PWFL (AND ITS AUTHORIZED RESELLER, AS THE CONTEXT REQUIRES), AND (C) BY CHOOSING TO SELF INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT, OR HAVE IT INSTALLED BY A CUSTOMER INSTALLER, CUSTOMER ASSUMES SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING SO CORRECTLY.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS SELF INSTALLATION ADDENDUM THEN YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT OR RELATED HARDWARE OR HAVE THE EQUIPMENT OR ANY RELATED HARDWARE INSTALLED BY A CUSTOMER INSTALLER.
THE RIGHT TO INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT AND RELATED HARDWARE IS CONDITIONAL UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THIS SELF INSTALLATION ADDENDUM.
If Customer retains or engages the services of a third party that is not a Service Partner (a “Customer Installer”) to install the Equipment or any other related hardware provided by PWFL (or its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires), Customer is responsible for the acts and omissions of the Customer Installer.

INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT AND OTHER HARDWARE
The Services may require the installation of Equipment and other hardware, provided by PWFL (or its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires), in Customer Assets and/or other mobile equipment. Customer has advised PWFL (or its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires) that it wishes to have its own Customer Installer install the Services and the Equipment in Customer’s Assets, as well as to service the Equipment and related hardware when necessary.
To assist in the initial installation please refer to the installation information and documentation for the Services and the Equipment provided by PWFL, which can be found here or its successor website, which may be amended from time to time in PWFL's sole discretion (“Installation Manuel”). In order to ensure the proper functioning of the Services and the Equipment, the initial installation must be completed by Customer or Customer Installers strictly in accordance with the steps, procedures and requirements of the Installation Manual and any further instructions, procedures and directions in the documentation or as otherwise directed in writing by PWFL.
FAILURE TO INSTALL THE EQUIPMENT, RELATED HARDWARE AND SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTALLATION MANUAL MAY RESULT IN THE VOIDING OF THE EQUIPMENT WARRANTY.
ONSITE INSTALLATION AND OTHER SERVICES
Initial Installation
If Customer reports problems with the initial installation, PWFL may, with Customer’s prior approval, dispatch PWFL’s (or its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires) own Service Partner to install, inspect and/or diagnose the problems with the initial installation. PWFL’s (or its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires) standard installation service fees will apply to any onsite services provided by PWFL or its (or its Authorized Reseller’s, as the context requires) Service Partner as a result of a faulty defective initial installation.
Onsite Services
Customer hereby authorizes PWFL (or its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires) to invoice the Customer for the relevant fees for any installation services provided by PWFL or its (or its Authorized Reseller’s, as the context requires) Service Partner. Customer shall make appropriate Customer personnel available to PWFL or its (or its Authorized Reseller’s, as the context requires) Service Partner to assist PWFL with troubleshooting and support of the Equipment and Services.
WAIVER AND RELEASE

CUSTOMER IS AWARE (AND SHALL MAKE CUSTOMER INSTALLERS AWARE) AND UNDERSTANDS THAT THE SELF
INSTALLATION ACTIVITY IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ACTIVITY AND INVOLVES THE RISK OF PERSONAL
OR PSYCHOLOGICAL INJURY, PAIN, SUFFERING, TEMPORARY OR PERMANENT DISABILITY, DEATH, PROPERTY
DAMAGE, AND/OR FINANCIAL LOSS. CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT ANY INJURIES THAT IT OR ITS PERSONNEL
AND/OR CUSTOMER INSTALLERS SUSTAIN MAY RESULT FROM OR BE COMPOUNDED BY THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR
NEGLIGENCE OF PWFL. NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISK, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS KNOWINGLY AND
VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE SELF INSTALLATION ACTIVITY WITH AN EXPRESS UNDERSTANDING OF
THE DANGER INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREES TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF
INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM CUSTOMER’S, ITS PERSONNELS’ AND/OR
CUSTOMER INSTALLER’S PARTICIPATION IN THE SELF INSTALLATION ACTIVITY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY
NEGLIGENCE OF PWFL OR OTHERWISE.

Customer hereby releases PWFL (and its Authorized Reseller, as the context requires) and its
(and its Authorized Reseller’s, as the context requires) directors, officers, shareholders, partners,
employees, related parties, representatives and successors (the “PWFL Group”) from and hereby waives
as against the PWFL Group any and all recourses, claims, causes of actions, losses and damages of any
kind whatsoever, whether at law or in equity, whether direct, indirect or consequential, and howsoever
caused, including negligence, gross negligence, willful act or omission, breach of contract or breach
of any statutory, regulatory or other duty of care (collectively, “Claims”), in respect of any losses
or damages suffered including all and any liabilities, losses, damages, fines, costs, penalties or
expenses (including legal fees and disbursements on a solicitor and own client basis) deaths, injuries,
property damages, loss of employment, economic or consequential losses or future losses of income howsoever
caused (collectively, “Losses”), arising from or relating in any way to the installation of the equipment
by Customer or a Customer installer or any other third party.

Customer hereby covenants not to make any Claims or pursue any proceedings against the PWFL Group,
or any individual, corporation or other legal entity that might claim contribution or indemnity against
the PWFL Group, whether under the provisions of any statute or otherwise, with respect to any issue
arising from or relating in any way to Customer’s (or its installer’s) installation of the equipment.
INDEMNITY
Customer hereby agrees to fully indemnify, defend and hold and save harmless the PWFL Group, and each of them, from and against any Losses that any of the PWFL Group may incur due to any claim made against any of them arising from or relating in any way to Customer’s (or Customer’s Installer’s) installation of the Equipment or related hardware.
PREVAILING LANGUAGE
This Self Installation Addendum was originally composed in English and was subsequently translated into other languages. The English language version of this Self Installation Addendum shall be controlling in all respects and shall prevail in case of any inconsistencies with any and all translated versions.
