By registering for the APAC Partner Conference 2026, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

What’s Included

Complimentary registration includes:

• Access to all conference sessions, keynotes, and breakout discussions
• Participation in working sessions focused on strategy, sales, and enablement
• Daily catering during the event, including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, group dinners, and the planned social activity
• Networking opportunities with the Powerfleet team and other APAC partners

What’s Not Included

The following costs are not included in the complimentary registration and are the responsibility of the attendee:

• Travel expenses, including flights
• Accommodation (a corporate room rate is available – see below)
• Airport transfers and any local transport to and from the hotel (preferential rates may be available – see below)

Accommodation & Corporate Rate

• Accommodation costs and booking are the responsibility of the attendee.
• Powerfleet has arranged a corporate room rate with Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort, accessible via a dedicated booking link.
• The booking link will be shared with registered attendees upon registration confirmation.
• Rooms are available subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The corporate rate is valid up to 30 days prior to the event and cannot be guaranteed after this date.
• Attendees are strongly encouraged to book accommodation as early as possible to secure availability and the agreed rate.
• For any accommodation-related enquiries, including room bookings or special requests, attendees should contact the Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort team directly.
  (The hotel event manager’s contact details will be provided upon registration)
• Partners may choose their preferred accommodation. Staying at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort is optional and not required to attend the conference.

Travel & Transport

• Attendees are responsible for booking and covering the cost of their own travel, including flights.
• Powerfleet has arranged a preferential corporate rate for airport transfers with Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.
• Airport transfers must be arranged directly with the hotel at the time of accommodation booking and are subject to availability and hotel confirmation.

Registration & Attendance

• Registration is complimentary and subject to confirmation by Powerfleet.
• Powerfleet reserves the right to limit attendance or decline registrations at its discretion.
• Attendees are responsible for ensuring their availability for the full duration of the event.
• To assist with planning and logistics, partners are kindly requested to complete their registration by end of February 2026

Event Changes

• Powerfleet reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event agenda, speakers, venue, or schedule where required.
• Attendees will be informed of any material changes in a timely manner.

• Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event management and communication purposes.
