Powerfleet & MiX Telematics: What Does it Mean for Fleets?

On April 2, Powerfleet Inc. and MiX Telematics Limited closed their business combination, which was originally announced in October 2023. According to a joint statement by both companies, the combined businesses form “one of the world’s largest mobile asset Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers.”
