Wayne Fee, Head of Global Sales at MiX by Powerfleet, will be joining a panel of speakers at the SPE to discuss health and wellbeing in the modern workplace. In particular, Fee will discuss fatigue detection technology and its relevance to the oil and gas industry. The discussion will take place on Monday the 16th from 13:45 to 15:15 (MDT).
The discussion and presentation offer an in-depth look at emerging detection technology as a potential means to prevent fatigue-related incidents. According to the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), technology designed to detect driver fatigue has been available for some time, but adoption has been slow.
